MUNCH'S TOWER PRIVACY POLICY

Effective November 5, 2026

Munch's Tower is made by Playletsgames ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when you play Munch's Tower on iPhone or in a web browser.

The short version: Munch's Tower has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. We don't collect your personal information, and we never sell or share data about you.

YOUR GAME PROGRESS

Your progress (stage, gear, gold and so on) is saved on your own device. In a web browser it is kept in that browser's local storage. In the iPhone app it is kept in the app's storage on your phone.

In the iPhone app, a backup copy of your save is also stored in your own iCloud account using Apple's iCloud key-value storage, so your progress survives a new phone or a reinstall. That copy belongs to your Apple ID and is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We cannot see or access it.

IN-APP PURCHASES

Purchases in the iPhone app (gems, the Starter Pack and the Royal Charter subscription) are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your name, payment card, address or Apple ID. The app only receives a confirmation from Apple that a purchase was made, which is checked on your device to unlock the item.

GAME CENTER

If you are signed in to Game Center, the iPhone app sends your scores (highest stage, number of summits and fastest summit time) to Apple's Game Center leaderboards. Your Game Center nickname and scores may be visible to other players. Game Center is run by Apple, and you can turn it off in your iPhone's Settings.

NOTIFICATIONS

If you allow notifications, the iPhone app schedules reminders (for example, when your souls are full) directly on your phone. No information is sent to us to do this. You can turn notifications off at any time in your iPhone's Settings.

PLAYING IN A BROWSER

The browser version uses no cookies and loads nothing from other companies: the game, its font and its art are all served from playletsgames.com. Like almost every website, our web host may automatically record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the time of a visit, to keep the site secure and working. We don't use this to identify you.

CHILDREN

Munch's Tower is suitable for players of all ages. Because we don't collect personal information from anyone, we don't collect personal information from children under 13.

DELETING YOUR DATA

Use Settings > Erase Save in the game to delete your progress on that device.
Deleting the app removes its on-device data.
To remove the iCloud backup, open your iPhone's Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage (the exact menu names vary slightly by iOS version).
In a browser, clearing that site's data removes your browser save.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we change how Munch's Tower handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
